Mission of the role

The Licensing team brings the Ferrari brand into new product categories and executions, in collaboration with top global companies across a variety of sectors. The role of Licensing Specialist – Gaming, is responsible to successfully execute the brand licensing strategy within such product segments, bringing Ferrari’s road and racing models to the Ferrari community in new forms through an array of licensed products and experiences.

Responsabilities

Manage the daily relationship with gaming licensing partners to ensure flawless execution of all key initiatives that drive long-term business success. Focus areas include product development, marketing activation, and coordination of financial and legal processes.
Leverage commercial acumen to identify and pursue growth opportunities within the gaming licensing space, aligning with Ferrari’s strategic objectives. Operate with a cross-functional mindset to maximize synergies across the broader Ferrari brand ecosystem.
Collaborate with legal team to correctly draft and execute licensing agreements. Work with external partners and internal teams to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations.
Carrying out analysis and reporting activities, monitoring KPIs and financial results (e.g. royalty reports).
Develop deep knowledge of the Ferrari brand, values, and heritage. Serve as an internal ambassador for the licensing function and represent Ferrari externally with professionalism and brand integrity.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in licensing or brand management within the gaming industry
  • Background in Business, Marketing, or similar. MBA is preferable.
  • Solid understanding of licensing principles, contract structures, and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, dentifying and acting on market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
  • Available for occasional travel for business needs.
